About Carden Hotspots

Carden Hotspots helps businesses provide fast, reliable, professionally managed guest WiFi that does more than just get people online. We were founded to help businesses turn guest WiFi from a basic utility into a valuable part of the business.

Why Carden Hotspots Was Started

Too many businesses still rely on guest WiFi that is slow, insecure, difficult to manage, or disconnected from their wider goals. In many cases, it has simply been added as an afterthought.

Carden Hotspots was started to offer a better option. The aim was to provide a business-grade managed hotspot solution that is easy for guests to use, straightforward for clients to manage, and genuinely useful to the venue itself.

That means focusing on more than just connectivity. It means helping businesses improve guest experience, present a stronger brand, support compliance, and make better use of their customer-facing technology.

Founded on Wider Technology Expertise

Carden Hotspots is part of the wider Carden IT Group, founded in 2009 by directors Dave King and Jeremy Huson. What began as Carden Computers operating from a single office has since grown into a broader technology group supporting businesses with IT, Telecoms, Managed Print, Wireless Hotspots, and Digital Marketing services.

That wider background gives Carden Hotspots a strong foundation. It means clients are not simply working with a standalone WiFi provider, but with a business built on years of experience delivering technology solutions to organisations of all sizes. From independent businesses to larger multi-site operations, the focus has always been on providing reliable services, practical expertise, and solutions that genuinely support growth.

Where We Work

Carden Hotspots supports businesses across Brighton, London, and Cheshire, as well as other locations depending on requirements.

This gives us the flexibility to work with a wide range of organisations, from independent venues to growing multi-site businesses looking for a more consistent guest WiFi solution.

Who We Work With

Carden Hotspots works with businesses that want more from their guest WiFi, including:

  • Hotels and hospitality venues
  • Cafés, bars, pubs, and restaurants
  • Offices and co-working spaces
  • Retail businesses
  • Waiting rooms and customer-facing environments
  • Leisure and wellness venues
  • Multi-site businesses

These are businesses that understand customer experience matters and want technology that supports it properly.
